Adults and children 12 years and older:

Children accompanying adults:
- 09-11 years old: 90% of adult price.
- 06-08 years old: 75% of adult price.
- 04-05 years old: 50% of adult price.

About the Expert Consultant
With over 25 years dedicated to running, especially trail running, Mr. Diep Hoang brings a wealth of experience to our team. As a former member of the Lam Dong provincial team and a coach for talented athletes, he has a proven track record of success. Under his guidance, the youth team he coached won numerous medals and awards at various levels. Mr. Hoang also has a passion for developing young athletes, as evidenced by his work with the Gia Hiep and Di Linh communes.

- Accommodation: Shared 3-person tents, modern toilets, solar-heated showers, slippers at the campsite, soap, shampoo, toothpaste, electricity from 06:00 pm to 09:00 pm.

Experience schedule
Make your own way to UP Base Camp Ta Nang Sports Center. UP can recommend suitable transportation for you.
08:30: Check in, receive your tent, leave your luggage, get ready, and warm up.
Professional guidance:

- Learn how to plan your training schedule for a running competition.
- Share experiences in training and things to note while trail running.
- Guided warm-up.
Start your training.
12:00: UP will serve lunch if you return to camp for lunch and rest. Or, UP can prepare a packed lunch for you to take into the forest if you return to camp later in the afternoon.
18:30: UP will serve dinner and you can relax in the peaceful atmosphere and under the romantic starry sky. · Discuss your running results and training issues with the professional advisor.
21:00: Rest.
06:30: Enjoy breakfast, a hot cup of coffee, and breathe in the fresh air. If you're lucky, you might encounter a flock of white herons flying peacefully.
